NATE GCSE project

This NATE project has mapped the current GCSE English and English Literature specifications to a range of ICT-based resources. They are work in progress, so please take a look and send in further suggestions. In due course the resources will be listed in searchable database on the NATE site, to make it easier to find what you want.

Each GCSE specification is represented by a spreadsheet outlining its requirement. Where we have found an ICT-based resource, there is a brief entry in the cell and a link to the relevant website. Many of the resources are free, though some require subscription or purchase of a CD-ROM. We have attempted to check that the resources listed are relevant and suitable. We cannot guarantee their quality, nor that they will provide exactly what you need. Please let us know if you think we have made mistakes!

The resources are listed in a spreadsheet for each GCSE course. Download the grid or grids you need - you can open them with a program such as Microsoft Excel or the free Open Office suite.
